Bonarista has stood for the highest coffee enjoyment since 2019. This begins with the selection of the right raw beans, is perfected by the appropriate roasting and professional preparation and ends with the full development of taste and aromas on the palate. The young company attaches great importance to sourcing only hand-picked specialty coffees from family businesses and smaller farms – including from so-called micro-lots – from a wide variety of countries around the coffee belt. In the in-house roastery in Neustrelitz/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 17 different types of coffee are produced by hand drum roasting using state-of-the-art roasting technology. Jointly and based on many years of experience in the café business built up by the father-son team, Bonarista is managed by Tony Kowalewski.
