Chef Jonas Zörner and his team surprise with high-quality and partly contradictory creations, which always have international influences and make use of different techniques. Product-focused, 100 per cent sustainable and as regional as possible, GOLVET relies on small suppliers from the region. For example, fish is sourced from the Brandenburg fishing farm “25 Teiche”.
