Manhattan feeling in Berlin: The Michelin-starred casual fine-dining restaurant GOLVET, located on the 8th floor at a height of 32 metres, enchants with a unique view over Potsdamer Platz. Chef Jonas Zörner and his team surprise with high-quality and partly contradictory creations, which always have international influences and make use of different techniques. Product-focused, 100 per cent sustainable and as regional as possible, GOLVET relies on small suppliers from the region. For example, fish is sourced from the Brandenburg fishing farm “25 Teiche”. Bar manager Andreas Andricopoulos and his service team add their own touches with unusual wine or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniments and creative drinks.
