Metabolic Balance

The program Metabolic Balance® is used effectively worldwide. We focus on health promotion and long-term weight regulation by using a tailor-made nutritional plan based on a comprehensive consideration of habits, living conditions and blood analysis. It helps each participant individually to switch to a healthy balanced diet and to integrate this into everyday life over the long term. Each participant is supervised by a qualified Metabolic Balance® expert including physicians, pharmacists, alternative healing practitioners and nutrition and fitness consultants. Metabolic Balance® was founded in 2002 by specialist for internal medicine and nutritionist Dr. med. med. Wolf Funfack. It was co-developed by the non-medical practitioner Birgit Funfack and the nutritionist Silvia Bürkle.
