Our idea

Since 2017 the Berlin initiative Flustix has been committed to increase awareness on the pressing problem of plastic pollution. The Flustix trust marks help customers to recognize sustainable products easily while at the same time companies are able to promote sustainable actions. With a nationwide PR campaign, BISS PR helps educating businesses and consumers about the urgency of the plastic waste problem.

Execution

The campaign focuses on educating people about the problem of plastic waste with approaches specific to the target group. BISS PR positions the experts of Flustix in relevant B2B media and communicates Flustix’s ambition and their trust marks in various consumer media outlets. Further BISS PR cooperates with influencers and bloggers with different focus groups. In addition, BISS PR promotes Flustix’s awareness campaigns, for example at schools, locally.

Outcome

Local, national and international media reports on Flustix’s in print, online, radio and TV as well as social media in German speaking and European countries. In addition, sustainable companies, such as the company la marchante GmbH, became aware of the Flustix trust mark and have already certified their first products.
