Berlin, April 2024 - Spring at Café Krone means crisp freshness, bright colors and carefree feasting well into the afternoon. The new spring menu reinterprets classics of international cuisine and adds cool summertime drinks. Guests enjoy the new dishes as well as "all-time favorites" such as Avoholic K-Street Toast or the Red Velvet Pancakes in one of Berlin's most colorful streets.
Café Krone is located in Oderberger Straße, one of the most attractive corners of Berlin, right next to the lively hustle and bustle of Mauerpark. It is a retreat in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of city life and yet perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A fusion of urban chic and cozy flair creates an instant feel-good atmosphere. Spring delights with an international influence
The new menu for spring offers culinary spring feelings, true "Spring Feelings" that transform the lightness of the new season into culinary delights. The Enoki Mushroom Salad combines freshness with a nutty bite, wrapping enoki mushrooms in a crispy tempura coating and adding a fruity dash of blood orange. The Spanish summer hit gazpacho, a chilled soup, is transported to Greece by Café Krone as a tzatziki version. Green cucumber, yoghurt, olive oil and herbs dominate here, accompanied by feta and olives. Fans of roast beef will love the succulent focaccia, while the raclette sourdough will melt the hearts of all cheese lovers.
Drinks with a freshness kick
The new drink creations vary from fruity and zesty to creamy to match. The Pake Flowers Tea boosts the immune system with Rosella tea and its lemon-honey flavors, while fruity combinations such as Ice Tea Peach, Ice Passion Fruit Matcha, Kiwi Lemon or Raspberry Sparkling Tea ensure a cool head even at the height of summer. The Cold Brew Martini also promises an extra energy kick.
Of course, all of Café Krone's favorite highlights are also on the menu in spring. From creative pancake creations to hearty sandwiches and vitamin-rich salads. And, of course, there are tempting cakes that will make your sweet tooth beat faster, from heavenly chocolatey to refreshingly fruity.
