On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, everything at GOTTHARDT'S by Yannick Noack will revolve around the noblest of all delicacies: the truffle. In the two-star restaurant at FÄHRHAUS Koblenz, guests can look forward to an exclusive five-course menu, refined with the most exquisite truffle varieties and a perfectly matched wine pairing by Tobias Gläser, Head Sommelier. In five courses, Yannick Noack and his team around Sous Chef Jacob Liebmann, Eva Seltenreich, David Geisen and Patissière Michelle Janßen celebrate the truffle season, which all gourmets can enjoy at stylish communal tables.

Between December 24 and 27, 2025, the FÄHRHAUS Koblenz invites you to an atmospheric Christmas experience on the banks of the Moselle. In an elegantly decorated ambience, guests can expect a festive menu, Christmas treats and relaxation in the FÄHRHAUS Spa. Guests can choose between GOTTHARDT'S by Yannick Noack, where an exclusive six-course menu is served on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and the Landgang restaurant, which offers a seasonal menu with four or five courses. Guests are free to choose their own individual festive package, allowing them to spend the holidays according to their own taste.

Guests start the last evening of the year at FÄHRHAUS Koblenz with a view of the sparkling waters of the Moselle and the perfect drink in their hand. To the driving sound of DJ Youssef Hanna and the dynamic ambience of a kitchen party, guests can sample the various dishes at the six live food stations, from fine dining to soul food.
