Bringing the forest to the plate
Guests can also look forward to the WALD.FEIN restaurant, including a large restaurant terrace with a magnificent view. Head chef Falk Richter wants to bring the forest to the plate - it goes without saying that the focus is on regional and seasonal cuisine. A cosmopolitan touch will ensure an exquisite addition to the menu. "We use high-quality products to create an enjoyable experience that focuses on quality and taste," says Falk Richter. Authentic, refined dishes that combine tradition and modernity will feature on the menu, he adds. The hotel's summer garden will also offer relaxed culinary moments in the open air; and for those who want to get up high, the rooftop bar on the hotel roof will offer delicious drinks and snacks with a magnificent view.
