Special event with a new interpretation of currywurst at Le Consulat
OCCASION
"Currywurst à la francaise" was the result of a carefully planned creative idea. This is where the Berlin cult dish meets French sophistication: Fine sauces, elegant toppings and a glass of champagne give the currywurst a new shine. An interpretation of Le Consulat that everyone will remember.
IMPLEMENTATION
BISS designed the event and was responsible for managing the invitations and looking after the media representatives on site. The guests experienced various new interpretations of currywurst - from Dijon cream to truffle remoulade, accompanied by herbs and French side dishes. In the Parisian ambience of Le Consulat, street food became fine dining.
OUTCOME
The event delighted all media representatives with its charm, atmosphere and taste - a successful prelude to many more special culinary theme evenings with recognition value.
