Flor de Caña Spresso Coffee Liqueur 16% is a fine, sustainably produced coffee liqueur that is both CO₂-neutral and Fair Trade-certified. With just 160 grams of sugar per liter, it has a significantly lower sweetness content than comparable coffee liqueurs without losing any of its aromatic depth. The caffeine-free liqueur has a light body and a deep black color. Intense notes of coffee and fine wood unfold on the nose, leading to a pleasantly smooth finish. It is still based on high-quality Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum, while the natural coffee essence comes from the best Nicaraguan beans - a harmonious combination that makes this liqueur a special pleasure experience.
Light, caffeine-free enjoyment - neat or as a Decaf Spresso Martini
Spresso is best enjoyed chilled on ice or as a Decaf Spresso Martini - completely caffeine-free. This makes the drink a perfect treat at any time of day or night.
Ingredients for the Decaf Spresso Martini:
40 ml Flor de Caña 12 Year Rum
20 ml Flor de Caña Spresso coffee liqueur (decaffeinated)
20 ml decaffeinated espresso (cooled)
10 ml sugar syrup
Preparation:
Shake all the ingredients well in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice cubes until everything is nice and cold. Strain the contents through a sieve into a martini glass without ice. Garnish with coffee beans and/or orange zest.
