Pfalzen/Berlin, July 2025 - Hotel Solvie is the fourth hotel in the family-run Winklerhotels family to open its doors once again - an aesthetically designed retreat that combines decelerated luxury, visionary architecture and a deeply relaxed sense of lightness to create a new chapter in Alpine hospitality.
In a familiar location - the former Hotel Sonnenhof - a new name and a new concept will create a place of longing for design-savvy connoisseurs, lovers of mindful relaxation and aesthetes in search of quiet grandeur. A retreat where light characterizes the design, the architecture is inspired by nature and well-being becomes an attitude.
On a sun-drenched high plateau in Pfalzen, with far-reaching views of the Pustertal Dolomites, the Hotel Solvie now welcomes its guests - with 87 luxurious rooms and suites, a 5,000 m² garden, a spectacular spa world on several levels and a culinary philosophy that brings wellness, zeitgeist and aesthetics to the plate. Room prices start at EUR 190 per person/night and range up to EUR 900 per person/night depending on the category and season - always including the Solvie indulgence concept, which is all about lightness.
