PLOSE/ Berlin, February 2025: The travel trend for 2025 is multigenerational vacations! When grandparents, parents and children travel together, unforgettable experiences are created for the whole family. The AKI Family Resort PLOSE in South Tyrol offers the perfect setting for this: A place where every generation finds its place - and where shared activities establish new family traditions.
Shared vacations are twice the fun
The needs of grandparents, parents and children often differ in everyday life, but at the AKI Family Resort PLOSE this is exactly what makes it so special: here, each generation can organize their time individually and families can still experience moments together. Taking part in activities together, discovering the resort and going their separate ways - all this is possible here. The AKI activity program actively invites all family members to take part. Whether creating works of art together for home in the workshop, going on an excursion with the alpacas or discovering the nature around the resort, shared adventures on vacation make the time together a very special time away from everyday life that all family members can draw on for a long time to come.
(Romping around allowed!
Time out is also part of a successful family vacation. Parents can use the time to work out in the panoramic fitness area, take part in a yoga class or explore the surrounding mountains on a rented e-bike. Grandparents can relax in the forest saunas, enjoy a treatment or relax and enjoy the view of the forest and togetherness in the relaxation rooms of the Adults Only area. At the same time, everyone knows their children are in good hands in the AKI Kids World, where the little ones, from the age of 30 days, can be looked after daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Here the children play together, there are creative arts and crafts sessions, the opportunity to take an afternoon nap and a variety of interactive play activities. Playing is allowed in the indoor play world and in the play barn. Exciting outdoor activities cater to children's love of nature and make them pleasantly tired... Grumpy pubescent on board? No problem, the teen lounge with chill-out area and its own activities is the perfect retreat for teenagers who need their own space. Whether at a table tennis tournament or in the indoor gym - the main thing is that the teenagers can let off steam undisturbed.
Precious family moments
Shared experiences and time together are the aim of the vacation: have exuberant water fights in the AKI Water World with its pools and slides. Make animal friends at the AKI Zoo. Mastering the adventure course. Joint adventures, discovery tours and expeditions such as guided family hikes or an afternoon on the hotel's own small ski slope also strengthen family bonds. Themed evenings and the child-friendly buffet ensure that all generations come together at one table. Just fool around, let your imagination run wild and laugh until your stomach hurts. "Multi-generational vacations are particularly close to our hearts as a host family, because they reflect what is important to us: cohesion, shared experiences and space for all needs. Our aim is to create a place where grandparents, parents and children alike can spend valuable time together - and also have the opportunity to relax individually. Family moments are precious and we want them to be unforgettable," explains Franziska Sanoner, host at AKI Family Resort PLOSE.
Being together, with plenty of space
The living and sleeping areas at the AKI Family Resort PLOSE are also perfect for multi-generational vacations.
