From 23 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, the Weihnachtsmarkt am Wittenbergplatz turns the square right next to the world-famous KaDeWe into an atmospheric meeting place in the heart of Berlin's City West. In elegant pagoda tents, the market offers a varied culinary selection of homemade mulled wine, specialities from the charcoal grill and fresh Belgian waffles, accompanied by live music on a festive stage. The concept was initiated by Axel Kaiser, who has created a relaxed Advent world with a family atmosphere for the Berlin neighbourhood and visitors from all over the world, with a barrier-free area and the new solar-powered Ferris wheel.
