Bonarista has stood for maximum coffee enjoyment since 2019. This begins with the selection of the right raw beans, is perfected by the right roast and professional preparation and ends with the full development of taste and aromas on the palate. The young company attaches great importance to sourcing exclusively hand-picked specialty coffees from family businesses and smaller farms - including micro-lots - from a wide variety of countries around the coffee belt. In the company's own roastery in Neustrelitz/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 17 different types of coffee are produced using state-of-the-art roasting technology and artisanal drum roasting. Bonarista is managed by Tony Kowalewski and is based on the father-son team's many years of experience in the café business.
