QUI31 in Berlin-Charlottenburg serves modern European cuisine with Italian influences. The restaurant follows a sharing concept with four categories, in which the kitchen decides the order of the courses, giving guests a playful approach to the menu. The kitchen is led by Robin Nissen, who previously worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Cordo, among others. Sommelier Bartosz Bernat takes care of the wine pairing. Behind QUI31 is host Alessandro Francioso, who draws on his Italian roots and many years of experience in gastronomy to realise his vision of an open, creative cuisine for the Charlottenburg neighbourhood.
