Manhattan feeling in Berlin: Located on the 8th floor and 32 meters above the ground, the Michelin-starred casual fine dining restaurant GOLVET enchants with a unique view over Potsdamer Platz. Chef Jonas Zörner and his team surprise with high-quality and sometimes contradictory creations, which always have international influences and make use of different techniques. Product-focused, 100 percent sustainable and as regional as possible, GOLVET relies on small suppliers from the region. For example, fish is sourced from the Brandenburg fishing farm "25 Teiche". Bar manager Andreas Andricopoulos and his service team set their own accents with unusual wine or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniments and creative drinks. The kitchen team's latest innovation: an extra menu for children - with favorite dishes in star quality.
